The Awakening fused real-time motion capture with large-scale architectural projection at the LUMA Projection Art Festival in Binghamton, New York. Live performers drove projected characters mapped onto building facades.

I directed the motion capture production — designing the capture workflow, managing performer sessions, and integrating the motion data into the real-time projection pipeline.

Part of a multi-year collaboration with Light Harvest exploring the intersection of live performance and architectural projection at festival scale.
